Membership and its perks!
The High Country Homeowners Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This association is a VOLUNTARY association.
Any membership dues or donations are TAX deductible as authorized by the IRS.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full-Members must be owners or renters of a home in one of the four High Country Subdivisions.
- Associate Memberships are available as well and apply to anyone living in other neighborhoods within the immediate area.
BENEFITS
- Representation with your City Councilman by your HOA Board of Directors.
- Regularly scheduled community informational meetings, typically at the Board Meetings, 4th Wednesday of the month, 7 PM @ the Clubhouse.
- Participation in the High Country Garden, complete with your own garden plot, if interested.
- Free workshops put on by the Association.
- Special events (raffles, barbecues and fun days for adults & children).
- Email correspondence to stay informed on current events.
- DISCOUNTED RATES for Clubhouse rentals for private parties. Please call 210-387-9771 for details and reservations.
BOUNDARIES OF High Country
LOCATION
High Country has both a Clubhouse and a Community Garden that is managed by the HOA board and volunteer members.
It is located off Judson Rd. at the corner of Lost Creek & Cypress Park. The physical address is 16418 Cypress Park, San Antonio, Texas 78247.
Our High Country Community Garden sits directly behind our clubhouse.
Garden beds are available for $50 per year and are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
